Class Description
This class features gentle movement and stretches coordinated with the breath that allow the mind and body to recover from every day stress and strain. The generous use of props (blankets, bolsters, straps) to support the body and encourage gentleness, care, and compassion for the body. Feel the stress melt of your body, and seek a place of equanimity.
