Class Description

These custom sequences can reduce employee stress, and improve concentration and problem solving abilities, and reduce physical tension in the body. Support your team through stressful times by including regular team wellness sessions in which everyone comes together to breathe, reconnect, and move. Schedule a session based on your work hours.
