Class Description
Hatha yoga is about balancing the body and mind. ‘Ha’ represents the esoteric sun, and ‘tha’ the moon. The practice of Hatha yoga aims to join, yoke, or balance these two energies. This class will typically involve a set of physical postures (yoga poses) and breathing techniques. These are typically practiced more slowly and with more static posture held between 8-10 rounds of breath. Class will end class in savasana as the teacher quietly leaves the Zoom meeting, leaving you to rest in savasana for as long as you wish.

All purchases are final sale, non-refundable, and non-transferable, no exceptions. You may not share or transfer class credits to another person or account.
Although we do not allow for class cancellations for online classes, you can reschedule your booked class up to 1 hour before the class starts.
Please note: Your teachers put time and energy into preparing class for you. Of course we understand that life can happen fast, but please do your best not to cancel last second if you can help it.
