Class Description

This class begins with a strength and sensory awareness slow (yang) flow then transitions into various restorative (yin) postures allowing the warmed-up muscles, tendons and deeper connective tissues (fascia) to relax and release. By combining the elements of somatic awareness with yang, and yin postures students will be prepared for a longer deep relaxing Savasana, this class is appropriate for all levels. You will receive instructions for accessing virtual ZOOM classes in your registration email!

Cancellation Policy

All purchases are final sale, non-refundable, and non-transferable, no exceptions. You may not share or transfer class credits to another person or account. Although we do not allow for class cancellations for online classes, you can reschedule your booked class up to 1 hour before the class starts. Please note: Your teachers put time and energy into preparing class for you. Of course we understand that life can happen fast, but please do your best not to cancel last second if you can help it.
