As your yoga instructor, I want you to get the most out of your yoga and meditation practice for whatever your personal needs are for mind body wellness. Working one-on-one with an instructor can give you the space and time you need to ask questions, and to have a practice built around you as an individual.

Individual Private Sessions Online

Private yoga sessions allow you to work on poses and stretches that make sense for you on your schedule and at your own pace. These private sessions allow you to ease into yoga in a safer manner, with proper alignment and a clear focus on your goals and needs. You are the sole focus in a private session. You have complete control over the tempo, style, focus, and structure (if you choose to be). Or if you have a few things you would like to work on, Kristen will build a practice to specifically address those needs. Kristen will build a practice designed specifically around you, and give you tips, tricks, and adjustments depending on where you are at in your practice. Not to mention the ability to schedule anytime throughout the day (morning, afternoon, evening).

 

For the sake of time, the 30 minute private sessions mainly include a short breath practice and 5-10 yoga poses. If you wish to have a longer practice with more in depth breathing/meditation and a longer physical yoga practice, please select the 60 minute virtual private session.

Small Online Group Session (2-10 People)

If you are looking for an instructor to lead an online yoga session for a group of individuals with friends or family, this is a great option. Kristen can host bachelor or bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, anniversaries, or other celebrations or reasons. This group selection allows up to 10 people to attend. Group sessions are tailored specifically to your group. For example, if you are a family, the sequence could focus on gentle beginner yoga poses that help with focus and concentration. Both 30 and 60 minute group sessions are now available.

Medium Online Group Session (11-50 People)

If you are looking for an instructor to lead an online yoga session for a group of individuals like a sports team, a work team, or association event, this is a great option. This group selection allows up to 50 people to attend. Group sessions are tailored specifically to your group. For example, if you are a sports team, the sequence could focus on strength building, mental strength, flexibility, or endurance. Both 30 and 60 minute group sessions are now available.

Large Online Group Session (51-100 People)

Increase production and prevent burnout by providing access to yoga and meditation to your employees. Engage your remote employees and various office locations around the country with a custom yoga and meditation program. These custom sequences can reduce employee stress, and improve concentration and problem solving abilities. Support your team through stressful times by including regular team wellness sessions in which everyone comes together to breathe, reconnect, and move. Schedule a session based on your work hours. Up to 100 employees per session. Both 30 and 60 minute group sessions are now available.

Group Stretching

In Person Group Session

If you are looking for an instructor to lead an in person group yoga session for a group of individuals like a sports team, a work team, or association event, this is a great option. Group sessions are tailored specifically to your group and your group's needs. For example, if you are a sports team, the sequence could focus on strength building, mental strength, flexibility, or endurance. The in person group rate begins at $60 for two people, and then an additional $15 per person.
