About the Event

I am thrilled to introduce Dr. Rena Eleázar, PT, DPT, CSCS, and Co-Founder of Match Fit Performance. Rena and I are putting together a free community class for you to build strength with Rena, and stretch it out with me, KK.

Why: We are raising awareness for the Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders (AAPI) Community Fund through GoFundMe. Support the AAPI Community Fund to uplift and protect Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders.

If you have the means to do so, we encourage a minimum of at least $6 since that would be a normal class rate with Zen Lab. Our goal is $200!

So join us for an awesome hour long free class open to the community. The first 30 minutes will be a full body session using light and medium weights. Alternative household objects if you don’t have fitness equipment:

  • lower body: a backpack, duffel, or tote bag filled with books
  • upper body: water bottles, wine bottles, or canned goods

The last 30 minutes will be a cool-down stretchy seshy with KK. We will start doing some deep stretching while the body is still warm, cool down, and end with a brief breathing exercise and meditation. For this a yoga mat is not required but will definitely help.
