New Moon Slow Flow and Meditation
This 90 minute class will include a 75 minute slow flow to release stagnant energy and end with a 15-20 minute guided meditation that can boost the strength of your intentions.

About the Event
You can think of the new moon as “day zero,” a dark phase in the lunar cycle where we can use our yoga practices to help us turn inward and plant the seeds of our intentions. Get yourself grounded, calm and ready to embrace all that this new moon has to offer with this new moon yoga practice designed to help you let go and be ready for change.
This will be a 90 minute class where we will begin with a breathing exercise, move through a strong and mindful slow flow, and end with a guided meditation.
This event is offered on a sliding scale rate. Sliding scale rates are made to foster community and care. Please read through the sliding scale rate options and see where you may want to contribute. I trust your discernment to make a choice that is right for you. Here are Zen Lab's recommendations:
- $15 - Select this rate to pay for the work behind the scenes, and production of class. This is the standard rate.
- $5 - Select this rate if it has been a hard month, you are a student, paying extra monthly in student loans or medical bills, or identify as black, brown, indigenous, or a person of color (BIPOC).
- $25 - Select this rate if you are experiencing a good month financially, have generational wealth, money in stocks/bonds, or simply want to tip your instructor. This rate pays for the standard rate of class as well as tips your teacher.
